General Description | Banknote used in the Austrian-Hungarian empire, including Bucovina and Transylvania. It is bilingual, in German and Hungarian. Romania Timbru Special handstamp on the Austrian (for Bukovina) or Hungarian (for Siebenbérgen and Banat) side of Austro-Hungarian bank notes. All issued in 1919. |
