General Description | The effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II changed again in 2003, when she was 77 years old. Susanna Blunt, a Canadian, designed this effigy. The effigy is reminiscent of that of her father, His Majesty King George VI, who acceded to the throne in his later years and also elected to forgo the crown. Note the inclusion of the Mint mark |
