General Description Krzemionki, also Krzemionki Opatowskie - a Neolithic and early Bronze Age complex of mines for the extraction of Upper Jurassic banded flints located in eastern Poland near Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. It is the largest known complex of prehistoric flint mines in Europe.
