General Description | Latine lettering, with 13 stars : "DOMINUS PROVIDEBIT" (The Lord Will Provide). This inscription is hollowed from 1985 to 1993 and in relief the other years. The obverse and the reverse are struck as coin until 1981 and as medal since 1982. |
