| General Description : | 32 Canadian Brigade Group (32CBG) is part of Land Force Central Area, under the Canadian Army. It is centred around the Greater Toronto Area, as well as Grey and Simcoe Counties. It is headquartered at LCol George Taylor Denison III Armoury in Toronto, Ontario. 2013 Command group: Colonel James Claggett, CD, is the commander of 32 CBG while Chief Warrant Officer Mike Lacroix, CD, is the brigade sergeant major. 32 CBG is an infantry-heavy brigade with 2100 soldiers in 10 units based in Toronto, Aurora, Brantford, Scarborough, St. Catharines, Welland, Brampton, Oakville, Georgetown and Mississauga. It has two reconnaissance regiments, two field artillery regiments, a field engineer regiment and six infantry battalions. |
