General Description : | The Cross was instituted on 11 November 1906 in celebration of the 40th anniversary of King Carol’s appointment as Domnitor of the Principality of Romania to be awarded for long and faithful service to the Kingdom of Romania. The Cross could be awarded to Romanian and non-Romanian citizens. |
