| Front Description | This is a great way to spend an afternoon when staying in Bruges. The boat is a bit hard to find, as it docks on a street a bit out of the way, but by asking at the hotel or using a map, you can find it well enough. We rode bikes out to the Quay from the old town, took the boat trip out to Damme, and rode the bikes back. The staff on the boat were extremely friendly and helpful, showing us where to go to get to the path that runs along side of the canal. The canal is beautiful with a lot of wildlife. The parallel-running path is level and an easy return walk or bike ride. |
