| General Description | The windmill on the Dune Hoge Blekker was built and inaugurated in 1933. Though it could serve as a windmill, it was merely built as an attraction point to the restaurant which was housed in it. In 1940 the windmill was heavily damaged by German fire. After it was struck by British bombs in 1942, the windmill was demolished. |
