General Description | Iberville has a rich architectural heritage. Even today, many homes and buildings reflected this wealth. The old Courthouse Iberville (now Our Lady of Lourdes School), home McGinnis (403 3rd Street), home Tasse (435 1st Street) and the house of the collector (430 1st Street) are examples of remarkable buildings that can still be observed. As for the former convent of Iberville, which was demolished in 1969, it was the site of the current center-Marguerite Bourgeoys, on 1st Street. |
