General Description Buit around 1907 and 1909 on the corner of St-Jacques and Jacques Cartier streets. Local architect, J. E. H. Benoît, executed by M. J. J. Collins. In 1957 the post office moves to a new location and a fire in 1968 destroy part of the building. The town Library moves in until 1983.
