| General Description | Located at 540 Berry Street in Lachute, the historic train station was built in 1929 where it acted as a transportation hub for over 50 years. In 1981 the doors to the train station were closed and passengers stopped using the Lachute train station, although the rail lines do continue to be used to ship freight cars. |
