This souvenir sheet brings together our international Lunar New Year stamps from 2013 (the Snake) and 2014 (the Horse). The Year of the Horse gallops into view on January 31, 2014, and rides on until February 18, 2015. Those born under the sign have more than their fair share of ingenuity, a gift for communication and a taste for the spotlight. A golden horse, rearing up on its hind legs, and a brilliant gold & jade snake are beautifully rendered on the 2 stamps. The embossing gives these fascinating animals a striking 3rd dimension. |
